Terms & Conditions
Detailed below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions on the Custom Propel® website. When you place an order for any of our wheelchair clothing, wheelchair shoes, gloves or bags, it confirms that you accept all of the Terms and Conditions which are listed below.
All product prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling and are exclusive of delivery.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are not able to complete your order due to out of stock product(s) you will be given a credit.
All images on the Custom Propel® website are taken by ourselves or our suppliers. Please ask us permission before using any of our pictures. Please be aware that occasionally colours and designs of products may vary.
All products on the Custom Propel® website are brand new and unopened unless stated otherwise on the individual product descriptions. We try to give you as much information as possible about every product that we sell; however, if you would like to know more about certain products etc. please email us at email@example.com and we will try to help you out.
We are more than happy to ship abroad. Please email us a list of the products you'd like to order and which country they will be sent to, then we'll work out the postage charge for you.
Dispatching Orders & Delivery
All orders will be dispatched via DPD, UPS or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders; however, we will try and help you out as much as possible and will always provide you with tracking information when it is available. Please ensure that all details of your order and postal address are correct before submitting your order as Custom Propel® cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. We reserve the right to decline any order.
All products being returned to Custom Propel® must be returned to us within 28 days of your original order and in the original un-damaged packaging. All returns will be refunded excluding our delivery charge within 7 working days of Custom Propel receiving items back.
Notification by the purchaser on non-delivery of goods or invoice queries must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of invoice. Notification by the purchaser of damage to goods or defects in quality must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. Always sign for goods on receipt as 'not checked!' or 'box damaged!' No liability is accepted for goods supplied by Custom Propel.
Custom Propel® proving to be defective in design or unsuitable for the purchaser's purpose. Custom Propel®'s liability is restricted to the replacement or correction of the defective goods or refund monies paid. In no case will Custom Propel® be liable for any claims for labour, damage or other expenditure either direct or consequential, arising out of any goods supplied by them and alleged to be defective. Custom Propel® cannot accept for whatever reason, cancellation of contracts covering the supply of goods manufactured or purchased to the purchaser's specification or at the purchaser's request. Such goods must be taken by the purchaser and paid for in full. The processors will also be liable to compensate Custom Propel for any partly finished product, stock of materials and tools held for Custom Propel® or supply of such goods.
